We design a complete remuneration package along with a written employment agreement that emphasizes not just what employees receive but what they promise to achieve in the way of daily activities and minimum closing rates. Once this is approved by you, we design ads for print and for on line boards that are designed to attract the specific type of salesperson who you are seeking. Once these are approved, we place the ads for you on paid boards like monster.com (at your expense) and on free boards like Craig's List and have all responses come directly to us, saving you time and trouble. Behavioral Interviewing & Selection

We have fully trained staff standing by to contact applicants immediately. Speed is very important in recruiting today as the best salespeople get on average 7 offers. While you are busy with your day-to day tasks, our staff immediately calls applicants, giving you the first opportunity to hire and leaving the ones not selected for your competitors. We conduct full behavioral interviews with deep probing questions that get the truth hidden between the lines on resumes, but using a relaxed and friendly manner. We average 40 applicants per client, which we screen carefully. Based on your requirements, we do a full behavioral interview with 24 applicants on average. This saves you about 24 hours of your time and eliminates phone tag. On average, we select 4 of the 40 applicants as being well qualified and with the right personality to fit your corporate culture. We put these forward to you to perform a final interview. We assist you in performing a great second and third interview with training materials designed to assist you in successful interview techniques. We recommend you do the final interview in their home, with their family present. Our training shows you how to do this, the advantages of doing it and how to sign them to a contract that evening.

Training

We have a complete library of training DVDs that we can use to train your staff on prospecting, time management, presenting skills, closing and objections as well as other areas that may be specific to your sales situation. We offer these to recruiting clients at 50% of their normal price for serious savings. We can perform the training live if you have sufficient numbers to justify it and we will produce custom DVDs specifically for your company, products and sales situations for orders of 25 DVDs or more. Coaching & Evaluation

We call once per week at a previously agreed time, for about an hour, to discuss the progress of your team with the sales manager. We will also do mini tele-seminars and work with staff who need assistance in any area. This post hire coaching has proven to raise the rate of success with new hires.

Replacement

Traditional recruiters charge a large fee upon hiring that averages $24,000.00. Many "guarantee" the new employee for 60 days but the guarantee involves no coaching. They will "attempt" to replace the fallen recruit as best they can. Our work with you is on going for as long or as little as you like. Anytime you want more staff or replacement staff, there is no additional fee. Our fee is a low monthly flat rate. You don't have huge acquisition costs, so if a recruit is failing and cannot be helped by coaching, we replace them at no further cost to you as part of our on-going service. This frees our clients to make the right decision with sub-par performers.

Fees & Cost Per Hire & Commitment

Here is the best part. You get our fully trained and experienced staff to do your recruiting, training and coaching for only $1,000.00 per month (per geographic location) no matter how many sale staff you hire. If you hire 3, it's $1,000.00...hire 10, still $1,000.00.  In addition, there is no commitment on your part. We must be successful or you fire us. This is a month to month program. There is no set up fee, no monthly commitment and no termination fee. Some clients use us for a single month and some keep using us for as long as they need sales staff.
